Film Conversion Chart: Reel Size vs. Running Time
To help you convert your reel size to the running time, we have created this handy chart. It is important to note that depending on theFPS is the Frames Per Second the speed your film was recorded at.FPS that your film was shot at, the running time can vary. For example, you will see that the 50' Regular 8mm film ranges from three to five minutes of running time depending on the frames per second of your film.
Helpful note: We cannot look at a film to determine your film's Frames Per Second (FPS). We can only determine this once we run it on our equipment.
